Software that records and charts
your blood pressure readings.

My Blood Pressure

Welcome! ... Three years ago my Doctor told me I had high blood pressure (190/100), and asked me to record my readings using a home blood pressure monitor. After a while, I started to skip readings, so I wrote My Blood Pressure (a software program for Windows) to remind me to use the monitor, and track and chart the readings.

Three years on, and My Blood Pressure is now used by over 6000 people to help track their blood pressure (and my readings are down to 115/75!). Research has found that home monitoring can actually improve your blood pressure (see here for clinical studies), and people who use My Blood Pressure say that it makes their home monitoring easier.

If you need to monitor your blood pressure, give it a try for free! I hope it can help you too.

Review of My Blood Pressure

Dr Gordon Cameron MD, a UK doctor with a special interest in blood pressure problems, and a hypertension sufferer himself writes:

This is a great piece of software. I recommend it to anyone who suffers from high blood pressure. It makes my job as a doctor so much easier and can only lead to better care - and better health - all round.

I'm a doctor who suffers from high blood pressure. I treat thousands of people with high blood pressure every year and I know only too well the problems of keeping good records. The My Blood Pressure software system makes it so easy that it becomes second nature.
