My Blood Pressure

Welcome! ... Three years ago my Doctor told me I had high blood pressure (190/100), and asked me to record my readings using a home blood pressure monitor. After a while, I started to skip readings, so I wrote My Blood Pressure (a software program for Windows) to remind me to use the monitor, and track and chart the readings.
